TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all sales of M.INT products made through the online sales site www.mintparfums.com and intended for all of the countries.

These conditions apply to sales of all products by www.mintparfums.com to private individuals.

Any resale or distribution of M.INT  products purchased on the www.mintparfums.com website is strictly prohibited. For any trade enquiries or orders, please contact the sales department of M.INT  by telephone on + 39 331 7097631 or by e-mailing info@mintparfums.com.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Orders placed online

The customer must, in order to purchase a product when placing his/her first order on the website www.mintparfums.com, open a customer account and fill in an order form containing certain mandatory fields deemed to be essential for handling the said order and for normal commercial relations, to allow his/her selection to be recorded.

Collection of information from minors over the age of 16

Non-emancipated minors do not have the capacity to enter into a contract. Collection of data from minors is subject to prior parental authorisation.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect information from you when you make a purchase in our store or subscribe to our newsletter. You may be asked to enter your name, email address, email address, and credit/ debit card information. The information that we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways.

To personalize your experience, improve our website and the customer service, to administer survey and send our monthly newsletter. We recognize the importance of protecting your privacy. CARD

Card payment’s can be made by credit and debit card. We provide our customers with card payment and through the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard. We collaborate with PAYMILL to ensure secure and easy payments. All information regarding your payment is encrypted with SSL, which means that no unauthorized person can see your card details, nor can they be stored by us. We do not charge any additional fees for card payments made in our online store.

SECURITY

M.INT uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.

PRICES

Prices are only indicated in euros, including tax but not including shipping costs. M.INT reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the www.mintparfums.com website at any time without prior notice. The products are invoicedatthe prices displayed on the www.mintparfums.com website at the time the order is confirmed, provided the products were available at this time.

All orders are payable in euros only

ORDER AND CONFIRMATION

Maximum order amount

The maximum amount of an order placed by a given customer (same family name, same address) may not exceed €5,000 taxes included (excluding delivery costs).

Likewise, over a period of 7 days, a given customer may not place more than 3 orders, the maximum cumulative amount of which may not exceed €10,000 taxes included (excluding delivery costs).

SHIPPING

We will ship from our warehouse within 24 hours with DHL.

Within European Union - FREE delivery. Delivery date estimate: up to 3 business days.

Monaco | Montenegro| Norway | Russian Federation | Serbia | Switzerland - FREE delivery. Delivery date estimate: up to 5 business days.

United States | Japan - 30€. Delivery date estimate: up to 5 business days.

Belarus | Kazakhstan - 10€. Delivery date estimate: up to 5 business days.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as  Italian VAT. We are unable to advise the exact amount of Duties and Taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local Customs.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. M.INT  Parfums suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

The customer must inform the Customer Service department of M.INT in writing (by e-mailing the address:  info@mintparfums.com  or by letter) of his/her decision before returning the merchandise. The customer will be responsible for the costs of return shipment.

The value of the products returned as well as the original shipping costs will be refunded to the customer, without delay and no later than 30 days following the date on which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal.

In the event of an exchange, the return shipment costs and costs of shipment of the products chosen in replacement will be paid by the company M.INT.

Please note that order returns are only accepted for products with unopened and undamaged packaging.

RETURNING A PACKAGE

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. M.INT  Parfums is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION

All cancellation requests must be made according to the following principle:

-if the order was confirmed before 12 am in Milan time, the cancellation of the order is made during the current day

-if the order is confirmed after 12 am in Milan time, the cancellation of the order is made until 15:00 the next day

Cancellation requests must be made directly to the Customer Service department of M.INT  by telephone on  + 39 331 7097631 or by e-mailing info@mintparfums.com.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us: info@mintparfums.com

QUALITY OR CONFORMITY ISSUES

In the event that a product is delivered to the customer which is not the ordered product or which contains a hidden defect, the customer can return that product to M.INT .

The customer must inform the Customer Service department of M.INT in writing (by e-mailing the address:  info@mintparfums.com  or by letter

If the defect is proven and approved by the Quality department, the customer may request to be reimbursed the price of the ordered product and any initial delivery and return costs. This reimbursement is made within fifteen days of receipt by the seller of the returned product, by crediting the customer's bank account used for payment of the order. The seller refunds the invoiced price of the product which was returned, delivery costs in the case of a return of the entire order and return costs.

In the event that one or several products are no longer available, M.INT will inform the customer and reimburse the amount paid for the product (excluding shipping costs).

LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Italian  law.
